Failing to plan is planning to fail

From the current situation, I need to know a lot of new knowledge. Here is a list about what to do this summer quarter.

This quarter is mine! I will make full use of it.

1. I will learn Matlab and start learning the statistics.

2. I will get up early at 8am every day and sleep before 1am, although I don't believe this.

3. Continue the research about dyadic outlier detection.

4. I will learn something about the Amazon's elastic cloud computing and the google app engines. My future research direction should be a combination of high performance computing and data mining.

5. I just bought a new badminton racket. Improve the skills and have fun!

Finally this quarter is over. I will start doing something new and interesting now.

In this month, I would like to continue my research on the dyadic outlier detection.

I am a little bored today.
Preparing for the final is really boring.

Finally I survived this week.

1. I will speak in English frequently every day. Sorry my friends, if you think my English is bad.

2. The report writing for the 788. Finish one part a day. Today, I want to finish the method part, just modify what you have written before.

3. The long paper for the composition course ( after I finish the report, copy & paste some paragraphs to the long paper).

4. The final exam for the 725. Prepare for it. Today go on to study the np complete problem. It is very interesting in fact.

5. English is just a tool for communication. Make myself understood. Speak slowly. My poor spoken English really hurts me.

a. Summarize it before the tutorial at 3:30, and practice one time.
b. Practice again at 10pm, and record tonight

2. The 788 annotation writing (3)

- start tonight, read the textbooks
